1. Using WebRiskOps
WebRiskOps may be used for authorized website risk scanning, report review, billing workflows, fix-credit workflows, retests, monitoring and related support routing.

2. Customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for target ownership or permission, accurate project details, safe access grants, billing accuracy and decisions made from report findings.

3. Payments and credits
Subscriptions, payments, invoices, coupons, credits, refunds, cancellations and disputes are handled through product and provider workflows.

Reports are generated from observed technical evidence, confidence signals, scan scope and product quality gates. They may be incomplete where scope, access or evidence is limited.

5. Unsupported behavior and account restrictions
Unsupported behavior includes unauthorized scanning, exploitation attempts, bypassing controls, abusing crawl volume, submitting misleading scope or using the product outside accepted limits.
