Platform access path

Use this section before requesting WordPress/WooCommerce, Shopify, GTM, CMP/config or other platform access. ![Platform access path](/documentation/media/docs-overview/light-desktop.png)

  • WordPress and WooCommerce access
  • Shopify access
  • GTM access
  • CMP and config access
  • Access modes and required scopes
  • Safe fallback paths
  • Cloud and self-hosted distinctions

Fallback and revoke path

Open `/projects/{project}` and choose the narrowest safe access mode. Use ticket-only fallback when a connected platform scope is missing, expired, too broad, unsupported or unsafe.

  • Agency-managed access must stay tied to the client workspace.
  • Review-only changes require customer approval.
  • Revoke access from the owning product settings or provider flow when work is done or unsafe.

What to open next

  • Use [Access modes and required scopes](/docs/platform-access/access-modes-and-required-scopes) before connecting any provider.
  • Use [Safe fallback paths](/docs/platform-access/safe-fallback-paths) when access is blocked.
  • Use [Cloud and self-hosted distinctions](/docs/platform-access/cloud-and-self-hosted-distinctions) before self-hosted setup.
