Before you start

Use this page when you are the person who will own billing, scan authorization and the first project. Create the owner account first because later project, plan, scan, report and billing checks use this identity to decide who can authorize work.

  • Use an email inbox you can open now.
  • Use the business owner or shared business identity that should receive billing and scan authorization messages.
  • Invite agencies or teammates only after the owner account exists.

Create the owner account

Follow this flow: Register → Email verification → Customer dashboard. After registration succeeds, you should see the customer workspace rather than the public marketing site.

  1. Open /register. Result: the create account form appears with Name, Email, Password, Confirm Password, Already registered? and Register controls.
  2. Enter the owner Name, the business Email inbox you can access, and a Password that meets the field guidance. Result: every required field is ready for validation.
  3. Enter the same password in Confirm Password. Result: the form can confirm that the password was typed correctly before the account is created.
  4. Click Register. Result: WebRiskOps creates the owner user and sends you either to the customer dashboard or to the email verification notice.
  5. If the email verification notice appears, open the verification email in the same mailbox and use the verification link. Result: email-dependent project, notification and ownership checks can proceed.

Continue to the first project

From the dashboard, open Projects and continue with the Create your first project documentation link. Do not share the owner password with an agency or teammate; invite team members after the owner account exists. If the next project action is disabled, check the message shown on the page. Common reasons are email verification still pending, an invitation that has not been accepted, or an account context that is not selected.

Blocked states

  • Email verification required means the account exists, but email-dependent actions may stay blocked until the verification link is used.
  • Validation errors appear next to the field that needs a different value. Fix the field and click Register again.
  • Wrong owner account means billing and scan authorization will attach to the wrong workspace. Stop and switch accounts before creating the project.
