Getting started overview
Use this section when you need the shortest self-service path from account creation to a private report. Start from `/dashboard` and the Shortcut paths card named Get the first useful report when you are signed in; it points to the current account, project, setup, scope, service, billing or report action without opening several pages. Use the linked pages in this section for the exact app paths and labels: `/register`, `/dashboard`, `/projects`, `/billing`, the project page's Project services area, `/scans` with Scan to report path, and `/reports` with Report evidence and next action.
- Create an account
- Create your first project
- Authorize the domain
- Buy or use account entitlements in Billing
- Choose services after the project exists
- Accept scan scope
- Manage connected services on the project
- Run the first live audit
- Read the first report
First user path
Each page explains the required input, what the screen should show after the action and which blocked state can stop the workflow. You should not need a sales call or manual operator handoff for a supported first scan.
- Account creation starts the customer workspace and owner identity.
- Project creation comes before service choice. The project owns the domain, scope, reports and connected services.
- Billing shows account entitlements: scan credits, fix credits, monitoring coverage, agency allowances and provider-confirmed payment state.
- Project services are per-project connections. Enable activation scan, monitoring, fix workflow or agency delivery only after the project exists and the account has coverage.
- Scope acceptance confirms the selected public pages and legal boundary before a scan service can run.
- Domain authorization proves the customer controls the target before private scan delivery.
- The first live audit produces evidence for the first report.
What you can do next
Start with account creation if you have no workspace yet. Start with Billing or project-service pages only when the account and project already exist.
- If Email verification required appears, verify the mailbox before relying on notifications.
- If Project setup comes first appears, finish the project setup form on the project page.
- If Scan scope required appears, accept the discovered public pages before running the scanner.
- If Domain authorization required appears, publish the ownership challenge and click Check verification.
- If Account entitlement required or Payment confirmation pending appears, open Billing, buy or use the required account coverage, then return to the project service.
- If Project service not connected appears, open the project page and enable the service after blockers are resolved.
